What to expect:
What to expect: The room is dimly lit for a quiet meditative relaxing experience. Prepare to be quiet and take this time to go within. Dr. Michael suggests starting with your intention for what it is you want to use this time for, and then go into a quiet meditative or even sleep state. These are the best two states for your body to begin it’s next step in it’s healing process.
What to Bring
Please hydrate well BEFORE, during and after your session. You are welcome to bring a blanket, water, earbuds, or headphones if you are planning to listen to music. Ear plugs or noise canceling headphones if you would like total silence. Eye mask if you would like total darkness.
There is a neck pillow but if you prefer to bring your own pillow, you are welcome to do that. You may bring any supplements or crystals or stones that you would like to charge while you are in the system. You can leave them in your bag when you are in the system.
When you enter the space:
Please check in with our Member Services Manager as you enter. Let them know if you would like to add any hours at that time to your session and they can check availability. Prepare to take your shoes off upstairs, there will be a cubby you can put them in and hang your jacket. Please turn your phone ringers off (at least to vibrate) so as to not disturb any other members. Silence is golden. Bring your water to your chair.
Relax and enjoy!
Night Time Sessions:
If you need more than a neck pillow, please bring your own pillow. We recommend you bring a blanket.
Anytime parking: There is also a lot up one level to the left of the building (with 3 steps going down into the main parking lot) that you can park there as well, you will see the signs.
Before 4pm: As you face the building, you may park in any one of the spaces available in front, there is a shared parking lot on the left side of the building. You will see “EES Member Parking” signs. Please park in one of those spaces during the day.
After 4pm: you may park in any of the other spaces until 7 am.
Dr. Michael recommends a warm detox bath afterwards, the same day as your EES session. This will help detox your body and create an efficient response for your body. The recipe is:
- 2 cups non iodized salt (can be kosher salt, Himalayan salt (recommended)
- 2 cups baking soda
- 1 cup borax
- You may add a relaxing essential oil such as lavender if you would like
- You may also add ½ cup apple cider vinegar
The above recipe (first 3 ingredients) will be available to purchase at the front desk. There are also medallions for sale at the front desk. Here is more information: https://www.eesystem.com/product/eemedallion/*
