We are committed to your health. As a scholarship applicant, we are asking for a commitment from you so that we may assist you in a meaningful way.

If you are chosen for a scholarship, we request you to commit to 4 hours per day for 10 consecutive days. This also requires a commitment on your part to improve your lifestyle habits, especially, while partaking in this scholarship program.

We will contact you when availability becomes open. Times of day can be flexible.

There is a $50 one-time application fee. If chosen, the fee will go towards the first 5 days of sessions, and the remaining balance of $50 will be due on Day 5 for the last 5 days. The total cost to you is $100 ($10/day).
